Ross Browning’s bizarre public exercises

The Kinahan cartel’s No 1 lieutenant in Ireland was spotted in a Co Meath town carrying out his bizarre exercise routine before enjoying a coffee and lunch afterwards.

Ross Browning, who is a key player in the murderous international drug-trafficking organised crime gang, was spotted in public for the first time in years on Sunday morning in Ashbourne.

He performed his exercises for nearly two hours at the edge of a basketball court in the town – which is less than 10km from Garristown, where last year the Criminal Assets Bureau seized his home – while dog walkers and joggers passed by oblivious of who he was.

Once he finished his exercise routine, which lasted over an hour, he then drove off in a van which was parked nearby, before stopping for coffee and lunch outside a local coffee shop.

The fitness guru opened an Instagram account in recent months, where he posts numerous videos on social media showing his exercise routines – including the first part of our video above – along with poems and musings.
