A PERVY GP who groped three female patients including a terminally ill cancer sufferer while making “creepy” comments has been jailed.
Dr Mohan Babu targeted the women at the GP surgery in Havant, Hampshire, where his wife also worked.

The 47-year-old asked one patient, who had terminal pancreatic cancer, to take off her top before complimenting her figure.
He then exposed his erection, telling her: “I’m helping you, you need to touch it so I can help you.”
Babu has now been jailed for three years after being convicted of four counts of sexual assault against three patients – including a 19-year-old girl.
In a victim impact statement, the brother of the cancer patient, who has since died, said: “My beloved sister deserved the dignity of her final months, that man desecrated her remaining time on earth.”
Another patient told how she feels let down by the healthcare system and said she went on a “dark downward decline” after the abuse.
While a third woman told the court: “It has essentially ruined my life and I am still trying to get back on track.
“I am still struggling to come to terms with what happened because I was in denial.”
Portsmouth Crown Court was told Babu, who had 20 years experience, began working at Staunton Surgery as a locum doctor in April 2018.
He was recommended by his wife, Dr Aroline Rodrigues, 43, who is a GP at the surgery.
four months later, the first complaint came, “quite quickly” followed by another.
The 57-year-old cancer patient said Babu offered to give her a hug at her first appointment.
At the next consultation, the doctor told her: “You have a lovely figure and lovely breasts.”
The court heard that Babu qualified as a doctor in 2001 and came to the UK in 2006.
He has been suspended by the General Medical Council (GMC) following his conviction.
Babu will serve half his three-and-a-half year sentence before being released on licence.
He will also be on the sex offenders’ register for life and the subject of a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
Sentencing, Judge James Newton-Price KC told him that he abused the trust of his patients for his own “sexual gratification”.
While Sophie Stevens, deputy chief crown prosecutor for CPS Wessex, said: “Mohan Babu abused his position of trust as a GP to carry out vile assaults which left patients feeling violated.
“Sadly, one of these women passed away before Babu was convicted – but the CPS was determined that her voice be heard and we successfully applied for her evidence to be presented to the jury alongside these other women.
“Their voices, all heard in unison, painted a clear picture of offending and convinced the jury Babu was guilty of these assaults.
