Boat owner who caused woman to fall over ordered to keep away from residents of Balbriggan laneway

A cyclist followed a woman very closely on his bike, telling her “you don’t own the f**king road”, and causing her to fall over, a court has heard.

Robert Fogarty (58) was ordered to have no interaction with residents of a laneway in north Co Dublin near where he docks his boat.
