Man (40s) hospitalised as gardaí seize knife following ‘disturbance’ in Dublin

A man was hospitalised following a “disturbance” in Dublin city centre on Wednesday afternoon.
Gardaí were called to the scene of an incident outside the Ripley Court Hotel on Talbot Street, Dublin 1 at approximately 3.15pm and a knife was confiscated.

A source told sundayworld.com the man, aged in his 40s, was injured in a “scuffle” and was later taken to hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
No-one else was injured during the incident.
Enquiries are ongoing.
