A Co Down man may be facing a prison sentence after he admitted a revenge porn offence.
Alan Robert Kerr pleaded guilty to disclosing a private photograph of a woman with the intention of causing her distress on November 2, 2022.
Newry Crown Court was told the 47-year-old had been given a suspended prison sentence in 2022 after he admitted possessing and distributing images of children being sexually abused.Kerr, from Ballymacormick Road in Dromore, was handed six months in prison, suspended for two and a half years, for those offences.
He was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for seven years.
The judge warned him that if he committed further offences, he would face six months in prison on top of any other punishment.
Revenge porn offences carry a maximum sentence of two years in jail.
