Man who called himself ‘Dr Philip’ is jailed for circumcising seven boys ,Ogbewe charged the parents between €300 and €350, in most cases to carry out the procedure in their own homes. This Evil Bastard, has been Jailed, for six and Half years, at the Dublin Circuit Court. Ogbewe, after Sentence, should be Deported, out of Ireland, but we know, that wont happen, this Bastard has Rights?
