Hamid Musad (51) and his wife Emily Musad (46) from Oak Cottage, ­Kilmacow, Co Kilkenny, were both convicted of theft and making a false report to ­Gardaí following a three-week jury trial ­earlier this year. The Couple were in the Circuit Court, in Kilkenny, Judge Cormac Quinn presiding. Mr Musad, who had been on remand in Cloverhill Prison in Dublin since March 15, was jailed for two years while his partner received a four-year ­suspended sentence. An Axa spokesperson said the case “justifies our policy of fighting insurance fraud to protect our customers”. The Insurance Fraud, was a total Disaster, they were caught, in their Web of Lies.
