Brian McKee, from St Aongus Park Tallaght, pleaded Guilty to Arson, at a house in Heather View Lawn Tallaght in 2018. Bizzare point here is McKee has no Previous Convictions, not even a Parking Ticket? His partner and child, ran to a neighbours house next door, Gardai were called, Three other houses, and Families had to Vacate their homes in the early houses because of Smoke, and the danger of the Fire Spreading. The owner of one of the adjacent homes read his own victim impact statement: “ My wife and are one of the three houses destroyed by the fire”. Counsel said McKee had been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and has suffered from mental health issues. Medical reports and letters describing McKee as a hardworking, kind and a caring man were handed into the court. McKee will be Sentenced, later this year.
