There seems to be, a Serious Concern here, Garda interactions with murdered Tipperary pensioner Josephine Ray (89) before her death to be referred to ombudsman. Gardai were at the house, before Josephine Ray died, and spoke to a number of people, alleged to be, in some sort of Argument?
