A report published by the Inspector of Prisons has detailed how the ruthless killer took his own life in his Midlands Prison cell – just under a week before he was about to go on trial for the October 2020 murder of his wife Seema Banu (37), and her two daughters Asfira Riza (11) and Faizan Syed (6) in Rathmines Co Dublin

Now this report has detailed how Syed was routinely told by multiple psychiatrists that he had no mental or psychotic illness, how he avoided psychological help, but then sought a final meeting with an independent psychologist in his cell before

he died by suicide hours later.
