The Case of the Missing Gate, at Bandon Garda Station, during the Investigation, of the Murder in West Cork. It is now claimed that the “GATE” was discarded intentionally because it had no Value! Many people would find that mind boggling. Maybe the insight expert on the tragic murder Maloney could give us a better explanation. But then, maybe not! It is now alleged that Sherlock Micheal Martin who has now thrown his hat into the murder scene may help the cold case in their efforts to get close to Type of Verdict. Sherlock Martin, I believe, has no interest in the Dail Eireann Bike Shed but then there could be an election looming in the New Year and between now and then we could hear more from Sherlock Micheal on the case in West Cork and the words he has used “that Ireland should be shameful”. Again I ask is he referring to the DPP, Gardai, and then there is one more question, why after all these years, has he made a statement now at a book launch with a Title that makes no Sense. The cold case will cost £6 million; the bike shed 322,000 Euros.

A five-bar gate to the holiday home of Sophie Toscan du Plantier has not been “lost” by gardaí but was disposed of after it was decided it was of no value to the murder investigation.

Contrary to a flurry of social media claims alleging Garda incompetence in mislaying the item, it can now be revealed the gate was discarded intentionally.

Blood-stained gate in Sophie murder inquiry was not ‘lost’, gardaí reveal,
