AWARD-winning filmmaker Jim Sheridan said he is “astonished” that the Tanaiste knows who killed Sophie Toscan du Plantier. And Sheridan questioned how Micheal Martin “knows so much and what evidence does he have to prove Ian Bailey did it?”Since Michael Martin has now solved the case, he should immediately stop the Garda investigation into Sophie’s murder, and instead spend the €6million it has cost so far building 20 new bicycle sheds around Dail Eireann.”You have to seriously ask why is the cold case review continuing, when the Deputy Prime Minister of the country has decided that Ian Bailey was the killer.
