THE seafront home where disgraced banker David Drumm moved to after being freed from prison has been sold for a €675,000 profit.

Former Anglo Irish chief Drumm walked from jail under an early release scheme after serving just 32 months of a six-year term for his role in a €7.2billion fraud.The 57-year-old scammer moved into a flashy four-bed mansion overlooking the sea in Skerries, north Co Dublin, after being released early from the slammer despite his role in Ireland’s most spectacular corporate collapse.

Today The Irish Sun can reveal the property has just been flogged for over €1.9million — a whopping €675,000 more than was paid two years ago.

A source told us: “It is a very nice profit.”

It’s understood Drumm has ditched Skerries for another impressive property in north Co Dublin.The freed fraudster — who was granted free legal aid for his trial — has retained the financial firepower to start afresh after dodging his full jail stretch over the €7.2billion fraud.
