One officer told us: “It’s the same people responsible who do this openly and are members of the Hutch Organised Crime Group. The problem is continuing to spiral.
“It’s the brazen openness which is bound to shock people, but there’s still no greater Gardai presence to deter the dealers and users, which was promised a year ago, and it boils down to lack of resources.”
