District Judge Nigel Broderick noted Moore had already served the equivalent of a two-month sentence.
He imposed a 12-month probation order on one set of offences, and an eight-month jail sentence on the second set of offences, suspending the term for two years.
Moore was also given a two-year driving ban.

The judge warned him if he committed further offences or breached the probation order, he would be jailed.
