At first citizen journalism might sound like it’s a bunch of amateurs doing journalism, but it’s actually way better, because if you have actual experts in the field saying things, actually at the event, LIVE, thats far better information, that’s not being filtered through 5 organizations that completely control the news. They should not be the ones who decide what is newsworthy. The cumulative voice of the people should decide what is newsworthy.”
