The investigation found a video of an officer carrying out an arrest has been accessed numerous times by other colleagues.
The footage showed the arrest of a person for the possession of illegal drugs.
The arresting officer had made an error when giving a criminal caution which led another cop to audibly laugh.
Following the investigation the police ombudsman found that footage of the incident had been viewed 248 times by 82 cops between December 2019 and November 2022 .
This comes following an investigation by Northern Ireland’s Office of the Police Ombudsman (PONI).
