Matteo Salvini had a good response to Pope Francis when the Pontiff tried to Woke-shame him about migrants: “Would you tell a father to starve his own children to feed the neighbours?” (Words to that effect) Because that’s what the EU’s open-borders immigration policy is doing. Fair play to the Italians for handing the responsibility over to the Pope. I would stop donating to Peter’s Pence too – let Frankie find a real job to fund his expensive migrant-hosting programme. He seems to have abandoned Christianity because there’s nothing Christian in encouraging young men to leave their countries and squat in other people’s countries. It’s not good for the Third World, it’s devastating for Europe, it’s reckless and evil. The people forcing immigration on us are the fatcats who benefit from war, the displacement of people, the erosion of living standards and workers’ rights, and the collapse of small businesses. Pope Woke is propping up the war industry, the financial speculation industry and the carpetbaggers, NGO leeches, EUrocrats and assorted parasites. Either he’s corrupt or extremely thick. Because he cannot fail to see what is happening right outside his ivory tower.
