This is available to all people and we need to know that Ireland cannot be host to asylum seekers, where we are the second highest applications per capita in Europe. This is a crisis waiting to happen but realistically the warning signs exist to say to Government. Enough is Enough. Our homeless are evidence that we are a country unable to fulfil the needs of our own.

November 2024 and an election in Ireland … weather bodes badly for politicians seeking support in public spaces in the election on November 29th. Surprised at Micheal Martin ruling out an alliance with Aontu, a party which is grassroots, and although I don’t agree with some parts of their Manifesto, I cannot but say Peadar Toibin TD is a formidable adversary for the opposing parties. People need to get used to the idea that Aontu is going to be prominent in Irish politics. Mairead Toibin is also up for election and she too is worth a vote.
