He had been released from the Midlands Prison, in Co Laois, on November 15 after he served almost 15 years for targeting two women when they were children.

Under the terms of his release, he had to notify cops of his address every 24 hours after claiming he was homeless.

Walsh last met with gardai on November 24 and claimed he was trying to find accommodation “down the country”.

But the sex beast has failed to contact officers since then and is now wanted.
