Irish Penal Reform Trust, are a National Joke, Clueless, we met one Former Staff member some years ago, he Informed us, they Do and Say What they are told, by Dept of Justice, and other Government Agencies. They did not Know, about the Howard League, Waste of Money, and the Staff, nice middle Class people, who never saw a Jail in their life. Get the Right people in, but we all Know, that wont happen? Puppets.
