GARDAI have launched a murder investigation after a post-mortem found a mum-of-two was stabbed to death.
Paula Canty, who would have turned 32 today, was knifed in the chest.

Her body was found at her flat in Mallow, Co Cork, on Friday, after a call was made to 999 at around 11am on Friday.
