Afghan illegal immigrants don’t just affect the West. In Iran, there are entire criminal networks doing robberies, murders, grooming gangs exploiting Iranian children, and causing all kinds of chaos. Yes, there are also good people among Afghans, but the problems by far outweigh the benefits. In many cases, they are islamic fanatics whose culture fundamentally collides with the far more secular Iranian society. Many fled from the Taliban, but a lot of them are simply opportunistic Taliban supporters who want better living conditions. There’s recently been lynchings of Afghan criminals in Iran by local Iranians after cases of serial rape was uncovered. Iran’s birthrate has dropped below 2, while Afghans have 5 children on average. It’s a demographic disaster. Entire towns and neighbourhoods have been overrun. The regime in Iran recently deported hundreds of thousands of Afghans, because even the mullahs can’t handle the sheer magnitude of this issue.
