Dereliction; abandonment; blocks of apartments owned by vulture funds who keep them unoccupied. Ireland has a housing crisis shortage crisis. Empty properties are to be found all over our country; where is the innovation to create new homes from properties which are unoccupied. We urgently need “outside the box” thinking which provides homes and initiatives to re-invigorate our villages and towns
