Great to see President Trump using his power to end this form of child abuse. Every child goes through phases of wanting to be something they’re not: the opposite sex, and animal, a fairytale princess… I wanted to be a mermaid. My cousin wanted to be The Atomic Man. Our parents didn’t take us to a doctor to get medication that would make my legs turn into a fishtail or my cousin to have superhuman strength. Today I’m very happy not to be living under the sea (though I do like freediving).
