WHY WON’T THE MEDIA REPORT LEELA HAS BEEN BEEN CONVICTED OF ACTUAL CHILD ABDUCTION [NOT ATTEMPTED]? & DID YOU KNOW THE PUNISHMENT FOR CHILD ABDUCTION CAN BE AS LITTLE AS A FINE? I Will answer the following questions: 1.) Is it really is possible that, for the crime of child abduction, Visak Rajesh Leela could receive just a fine? 2.) Why is it not reported what EXACT charge Leela pleaded guilty to? 3.) Will Leela be deported? 4.) Why is this story not being widespread reported in mainstream media? And 5.) Are there PULSE records listing the number of child abductions in Ireland? 6.) Have there been other recent child abduction cases? 1.) It is my belief Leela has been charged with “Child abduction” (he took the child, as opposed to an attempt). The article states that at Circuit Court level the (mysterious unnamed) charge can carry a sentence of 7 years (but fails to mention that the minimum punishment is a fine). They are clearly referring to (without explictly stating it) the charge of “Child abduction” (as it is this charge that carries can carry a 7 year penalty). Child abduction is an offence under sections 16 and 17 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997 includes abduction of a child by a parent (section 16) or by other persons (section 17). A person found guilty (in this case Leela) is liable on summary conviction (no jury) to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months and on conviction on indictment to a fine or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding seven years. I believe it is very possible that (due to current pattern of leniency, a guilty charge and no mention of a Jury) Leela could be given a punishment at the lower end of the scale. As per section 17, a fine is NOT just ordinarily reserved for parents. Is a fine of €1,905 euro or a max 7 year sentence (it won’t be) a deterrent for would be child abductors or those prone to recidivism following such a conviction? 2). The charge is not mentioned to downplay his intent and actions, and manage public feeling and reaction. There is no other explanation for referring to “a charge” or “the charge” but not naming it. 3.) Leela is likely here on a student visa given he is a PhD student (what was he studying?). There has been NO mention of a deportation order thus far He will be sentenced March 16th. 4.) The story is not being widespread reported because crime by migrants is demonstrably a problem, and the establishment and media want you to ignore the knife wielding/child abducting/rapist elephant in the room. 5.) The Gardaí records a set of data quality metrics, published monthly, “these metrics together with our PULSE data quality framework are intended to inform users of Crime statistics about the quality of the underlying PULSE data. Incidents are grouped together on PULSE, ‘cased’, to facilitate application of the Crime Counting Rules.” In 2024
“I am advised that there is no category in PULSE that explicitly records the number of attempted child abductions.” 6). At the time of the abduction is was reported that Leela was “engaging in drunk horseplay” when he took the child. A 10 year old child intervened (bravely having to compromise their safety). How long will it be before a child abduction ends in murder? Last year, a non national was arrested for attempting to abduct a 2 year old girl from her pram in Sheriff St, Dublin. Also, last year Giedrius Gasiunas (Ballinode, Co Monaghan) was charged with attempting to abduct a child. The child was approached and grabbed by 2 males and there was bedding in the car. The previous year Marek Burieta attempted to abduct a child in Lurgan. He was charged with He faces a series of other charges, including kidnapping, possessing an offensive weapon (knife), exposing his genitals and sexual assault of a female child. There have been other attempts to take children also. With all this is mind, why is the government placing all male IPAS centres next to schools and creches?
