I was one of the 10 people in Ireland whereby Garda sought a court order to access my personal data under this criminal act – which is drug trafficking! I wonder how many other companies got this request and if they complied? I am seeking legal advice – this is threatening intimidation – clearly defamatory. I will not be silenced. These cretins going after a mother who is standing up for women, child and families is a a serious overreach. Of course the Garda and judge names are blacked out to protect their privacy! I’ll be doing FOIAs.
