Posted by The OVERLOOKED issue here is the city-centre location of our International Protection Office. A dedicated reception centre & office should be established near the airport or border. This would streamline things A LOT. This is how Denmark do it – with a structured asylum centre system. Last year Denmark had 2,300 asylum applications with 860 being approved. We should be copying EVERYTHING they do.
