25 Feb 2025 Zidan Houari an “asylum seeker” living in Citywest, Dublin has appeared in Tralee District Court facing charges relating to a “frenzied knife attack” over the weekend. He arrived in Ireland in 2022 with no travel documentation and was refused permission to remain in Ireland lawfully. He is currently appealing this.
