A drunken intruder who struggled with Gardaí after breaking into a Dublin apartment complex was a war-wounded Ukrainian man with PTSD, a court has heard.
Mykola Pukholsky (35) had reacted to alcohol and had “no control over his actions” when Gadaí had to draw their batons to arrest him
