NE The Norwegian Haltbakk Bunkers Oil company stops supplying US Navy After yesterday’s events in the White House with Zelensky, Haltbakk Bunkers, one of Norway’s largest marine fuel companies, have announced that it will no longer refuel American Navy vessels. Haltbakk has also called on other European companies to refuse service to American forces.
