Vulnerable children in homes in Carlow and Dublin were exposed to “a high level of risk” due to the defendants’ failings and “fundamental misleadings”. This woman allegedly has qualifications coming out her wazoo, I am of the opinion they are are genuine as the vetting documents she’s just received a suspended sentence on.
