#OnThisDay 1921 Bridget Noble was executed by Cork IRA. Noble had had her hair shorn/’Bobbed’ previously by the IRA as a warning for frequenting an RIC barracks. She identified her assailants to the RIC & thus was executed as a spy. Her body was never found. #Ireland #History
