The ESRI report only confirms the conspiracy theory that this is a plantation. People move in, gain squatters’ rights, pay the bills – and take possession of the country. Like settlers in any place. Like a large group of strangers moving into your home, shoving you into the garden shed or attic while they crowd into the bedrooms sleeping three to a bed etc and working all hours for in McDonald’s until they’ve paid off your mortgage…then calling you a waste because you weren’t willing to work so hard to live in such squalor.
