Heartbreak as beloved Irish shop announces closure after 100 years in business

It will probably be turned into a “dream home” for some tedious ex-yuppie, who will show it off on an RTE home-renovation programme. Soon all our towns and villages will be big housing estates with quirky homes which used to be shops, bakerys and cafes. This is happening in Dun Laoghaire and Blackrock. Thanks Geraldine.
