The government don’t care about the housing crisis because they represent the interests of the crisis – those profiting from it, the speculators who crashed the economy in 2008, the landlords who have evicted tens of thousands of people since the crash and the vulture funds who feed off our vulnerabilities and ensure working people are out-competed for homes again and again. We need system change to fix housing once and for all.
