It has since transpired that this same woman told multiple staff multiple times that she was frightened of or being abused by the perpetrator. Her family were unaware of this. She was not believed and died there, in what must have been a real life nightmare for her

1) It is so disturbing to read in the Sunday Independent today that an older woman in a nursing home in 2008 told her family she was being sexually assaulted by the perpetrator in the Emily case. Family reported this to a nursing manager & were promised follow up – none came.
