BREAKING: Turkey and Spain just became Strategic Partners of the Three Seas Initiative while Albania and Montenegro became Associated Participating States. The 3Si is a form of cooperation focused on strengthening the infrastructural links, including energy, railway, highway and fiber-optic cables, between 13 EU states. The USA, Germany, Japan and the European Commission are Strategic Partners. Ukraine and Moldova are Associated Participating States who will become full members after they become EU member states.
