JAPAN STUNNED AS MAN INTENTIONALLY RUNS DOWN 7 KIDS A 28-year-old man in Osaka was arrested after he plowed his car into a group of elementary school kids walking home. He told police he was “sick and tired of everything” and admitted he meant to hurt them. One 7-year-old girl was seriously injured with a broken jaw — 6 other kids had minor injuries. Witnesses say the man just sat in the car, silent, while the kids screamed. Japan has low crime rates, but this joins a growing list of recent violent attacks that have shocked the country.
