Several Irish nationals I’ve spoken to told me they feel unsafe walking the streets of Dublin, and many believe the situation is only going to get worse.

@Lewis_Brac I touched down in Dublin, Ireland last night. It’s my first time here, and I must say— it’s a beautiful country, and everyone I’ve met has been incredibly friendly. I’ll be here for a week, working on several projects across the country. Unfortunately, there’s a darker side to this otherwise wonderful place, rising crime and the effects of mass migration. Several Irish nationals I’ve spoken to told me they feel unsafe walking the streets of Dublin, and many believe the situation is only going to get worse. The European Union is also pressuring the Irish government to adopt hate speech laws similar to those in England.
