A 19-year-old former National Guardsman was arrested for plotting a mass shooting at a military base in Michigan—with help, he thought, from ISIS. Turns out, his “terrorist buddies” were undercover agents the whole time. He flew a drone over the base, gave them armor-piercing bullets, taught them how to use Molotov cocktails, and picked a building to hit for maximum casualties. He even filmed himself swearing loyalty to ISIS in front of their flag. He was discharged from the Guard just 5 months ago. If convicted, he could get 40 years in prison.
