Kathleen’s story Kathleen, a pensioner in her 70s, faced losing her home. Her landlord wished to raise the rent by €900. Just before her RTB hearing, RPZs expanded to include her home. She stayed in her home with an agreed 2% increase, in line with RPZ regulations.
