Europe’s current structure & rules is anti-entrepreneurial growth. It’s not intentional & it can be fixed. If it is not fixed, Europe will definitely continue to decline in economic performance & competitiveness & that will lead to Europe’s long term failure. That is not an acceptable outcome. Leadership is required because this isn’t a bottom up issue, it’s a top down one. I know how to fix this because I’ve been at the entrepreneurial coal face all over Europe for decades now.
