TEEN HACKER PLEADS GUILTY IN BIGGEST CHILD DATA BREACH IN U.S. HISTORY A 19-year-old from Massachusetts has pleaded guilty in the largest known theft of children’s personal data in the United States. Matthew Lane admitted to hacking PowerSchool, exposing names, addresses, birthdays—and even Social Security numbers—of over 62 million students.
