A ‘white Irish’ man on bail, with a ‘fascination for guns’ & who fired into a #Carlow shopping centre was not shot at by Gardai. George Nkencho, carrying a pen knife & at his own home, was shot 6 times, incl twice in his back. But GSOC & the DPP said the latter was justified?
