The woman who found Sophie ­Toscan du Plantier’s body says she has a vague memory of Ian Bailey and ­Sophie being introduced — something Bailey repeatedly denied up until his death last year.

Shirley Foster turned 90 this month and said she remains hopeful that gardaí will “turn something up, even at this late stage”.
