I received a rather informative DM last night I have asked permission to post it with any sensitive information redacted. Dear Keira, I am sending this message to you via DM rather than commenting on your timeline as I do not want any trouble from our trolls, I use my X account somewhat professionally so I will not tempt faith. I have been following your timeline for quite some time, While I do not agree with everything you post, I would have the same mindset as you on most points. I have been aghast from on far with the targeted harassment you have been subjected to over the last two years by some parties. I am taken aback that one of these trolls is a healthcare professional, I have taken the time to look Eddie O’Grady up and make enquiries about him. In my professional opinion the man is unhinged a self-employed profession of right mind would not undertake the level harassment that you have been subjected to, He advertises on his site that he is governed by CORU who are the regulatory body for professionals in this field, Mr O’Grady has engaged in a campaign of Discriminatory Harassment, Sexual Harassment, and Psychological Harassment. Having viewed the posts he has made about you and should I say the feverity of his posting in some cases from morning to night, It would be my opinion that this man is totally obsessed with you, It is somewhat worrying that he seems to home in o your gender and more importantly his fixation on your genitals, In my opinion Mr O’Grady has repressed homosexual tendencies which he is finding hard to deal with, A lot of patients who have these urges focus on transgendered persons as they feel it is not “gay” to be with that person. I also find it quite odd that he has a constant mantra of citing that you are a Garda Informer, a plant, a member of Antifa, as well as making the assertions that you are mentally deranged. In my line of work we call this Psychological Projection which is a defence mechanism where individuals attribute their own unacceptable thoughts, feelings, or impulses to others, often without conscious awareness. It’s a way of dealing with inner conflict or uncomfortable emotions by externalizing them. This can manifest in various ways, both positively (like empathy) and negatively (like blaming others for one’s own shortcomings) This manifests in many ways for example, Someone who is feeling insecure might accuse their partner of being insecure. A person who is struggling with anger might accuse others of being angry. Someone who is feeling jealous might accuse their partner of being jealous. In Mr O’Grady’s case he is focusing on the fact that you are transgendered which suggests to me that Mr O’Grady resents the fact that you are living your true self whereas he must hide behind a mask. It also strikes me that there is the possibility that Mr O’Grady has manic episodes as a person of right mind would not be posting to the extent that he is. I would go far as to say Mr O’Grady is bi-polar who struggles with mental health issues. What does concern me is his fixation with you, You have said he has made sexual advances towards you which you have spurned but he still keeps coming back, Keira NO should mean NO, It seems that Mr O’Grady has no personal or professional boundaries, It is of great concern that Mr O’Grady was delighted to share as you put it “legally privileged” messages, As a health care professional we give a undertaking to protect privileged information. From my understanding Maria Carr is also attacking you, I am aware having been a voyeur to your posts and videos that Maria fancies herself as a love interest of Mr O’Grady, it would be my opinion that Ms Carr is jealous of you and the affection even if negative that Mr O’Grady bestow upon you. Having deal with many homosexual men Ms Carr can never give Mr O’Grady what he really wants. Keira at the moment Mr O’Grady is stalking you from afar and is posting material that a right minded professional would never post. It would be my opinion that Mr O’Grady needs to be sectioned for his own good and to protect persons like yourself and others. The fact that Mr O’Grady has attacked his own customers online demonstrates to me he should not be working in a health care setting.
