Receivers’ agents forced the locks and unlawfully took the business of Perfect Stripe Ltd, the Paddy McKillen Jr-backed entity trading as Grafter, it is alleged in court proceedings. Peaceable entry was not effected, and receivers appointed by lender Relm trespassed on the premises of the Star Bar pub on Baggot Street, the Circuit Court heard on Monday. “They’ve taken our business,” senior counsel Marcus Dowling claimed on behalf of the company, when they were only entitled to “bricks and mortar”, he said.
