A Dublin man who had images of children as young as 5 engaged in sexual acts such as oral, anal, and vaginal penetration will serve 6 months in jail after 18 months of his 2 year sentence was suspended. What has happened to our beautiful country? It seems everywhere we look and everything we hear is just injustice and corruption at the highest levels of society. My heart is broken and I fear for the next generation if this rot is allowed to continue. Those who are shown to have participated in Irelands distruction should be held accountable, in front of a real court of justice. Please God they will be, Pat Mullane x.

Comment just in on DJ Carey. DJ came to Ballsbridge a few years ago. It is known now that he was literally living in his car, Homeless! and that is when Denis O’Brien, and many may not like Denis, but he has a decent code of ethics. He gave Carey a free apartment for over two years, a housekeeper and the fridge was filled with food every week. Add to this the job in Newstalk. I can tell you now that Carey in that period literally played golf 4 days a week while scouting around the Ballsbridge area unknown to Denis O’Brien targeting people who he knew had money for his cancer scam. Denis O’Brien gave him every opportunity to get on his feet again and Carey abused the trust and the goodwill that was shown to him. I don’t want my name mentioned but he borrowed a car off me and I was not the only lender of a car and Carey did not return it for three months. There are so many people in the Ballsbridge area he scammed out of cash who will never come forward. Some people sadly in their 80’s. It came to a stage after two years that Denis O’Brien had no choice but to get Carey out of the apartment when he sadly learned what Carey was perpetrating and doing, unknown to him. Many people who gave their cars to him for a period of time and the reality was the weeks became months went to the Gardai and nothing was done. O’Brien as I said before gave him the opportunity at a time when he was told to leave the K-Club to get his life back on track but DJ was full of the little green monster called greed and wanted global travel and paradise on the backs of vulnerable people who trusted him. Now it is all over and lucky for so many Carey is stopped. Many people tonight are in shock. They may be saved a hard lesson. As one man said I feel sorry for those people who have had cancer to have to read about Carey the wire and cancer. He never even bothered to work at Newstalk. What a waster?
