He is demanding the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the entire Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions and an official renunciation of NATO membership. Once Kiev agrees to these steps, Russia will declare a ceasefire “literally the same minute.”
